Cam
Instructor
Cam started pole dancing 3 years ago as a means to pursue a more active lifestyle and to find a creative method of self-expression; to say the least, he was hooked from his first class.
Cam now teaches a variety of levels from beginner to advanced while he’s often referred to as a drill sergeant in class, he’s also adaptive and supportive who loves nothing more than witnessing students develop their self-confidence and master tricks they once thought impossible.
Cam is also known for his ability to break down and demonstrate tricks while also refining a students technique; if there’s a move you have been struggling with, he always has a method or personalized approach to explain/simplify whats required, no matter what level you are. Starting pole with no previous dance experience; Cam knows what its like to be riddled with nerves and whats required to build coordination and find ones flow.
He also holds a minor diploma in Sports Nutrition. In terms of his own style; Cam loves his technical combos and can hold his own against the girls when it comes to aerial flow, he has danced and performed pole shows in clubs across Adelaide and is not shy to competing and taking out titles across Australia. -Australian Amateur Pole Performer 2015, Mens Runner-Up. Diana
Instructor
I started doing Taekwondo at a young age but my passion for gymnastics and circus made me do the switch for that ‘point your toes’ life. I have a Bachelor in Performing Arts – Theater Performance from Escola Superior de Tecnologias e Artes de Lisboa from Lisbon. Passionated by circus, trained contortion and handstands at Beijing International Arts School for two years a half in China. Wanting to improve my teaching skills in circus, I went to Montréal where I did the Trainer/Coach program at the National Circus School of Montreal, specializing in flexibility, contortion and handbalacing. I had the pleasure of working alongside experienced and knowledgeable coaches from Russia. I instructed students within the professional programs (DEE, DEC and CES) at the circus school. In addition to this I have been teaching privates contortion, flexibility and handbalancing classes for the past six years to high level circus performers from all over the world, including performers from Cirque du Soleil, Les 7 Doigts de la Main and Cirque Éloize, etc.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Kiara” tab_id=”1618137757577-bde9334d-d56f”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6363″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
Kiara
Instructor
Hi, I am Kiara! I started pole fitness in 2018 with the owner Leanne at the Gawler studio. Starting my pole journey the first thing I learnt was that poles actually spin! Mind blowing! ~ (I know I’m not the only one!) Pole dancing enables me to express myself through movement, it has brought me in touch with my sensuality & it has taught me to love my body for the strength and flexibility I have gained. This has in turn given me more self confidence and belief in myself, something we all deserve. I did my first competition in AAPC recently and placed runner up in intermediate! Pole has not only helped with my fitness, I have had a lot of fun and made some incredible friends for life I am excited to meet everyone and help you all on your own pole journeys[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Viola” tab_id=”1618137979491-653e2a43-16d7″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6312″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

She has definitely mastered the art of tease, especially when cavorting with her feather boa. Her rhythmic sensuality was enhanced by her choice of music.” – GLAM ADELAIDE When Viola isn’t producing, or performing, she is the resident burlesque instructor for Steven Kelly Dance studios & Burly Q Events, loves teaching and giving back to others in her local community, and firmly believes in creating a safe & supportive place for emerging artists. Sophia
Instructor
Hello my name is Sophia my alter ego is – Fable Fireside. I’ve been pole dancing since the beginning of 2019 basically every night of the week. My style of dance is heavily influenced by femme burlesque but with an added rock and roll twist. I like big tricks and flowy transitions with dramatic accents to music drops. I have performed in two shows at Adelaide fringe and have other experience performing regularly. I aim to clean up old tricks to perfection, teach you new ones and coax out your inner god/goddess to help you perform to crowds if that’s your goal or just give you that extra confidence you need to take life by the beans.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Tatum” tab_id=”1592314371587-dbfdeec4-712e”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”5734″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

Tatum had this to sayIn February 2018 I decided to make the hard decision of quitting netball, something I had loved to do for 8 years, and instead do something completely out of the ordinary…this was when I had joined Pole4fitness! I was progressing fast and I had finally found something I was extremely passionate about. Although I have not competed or performed, I hope that instructing classes and sharing my love of pole with others will encourage me to show off what I can do through performance! I hope my love of this sport reflects onto others and encourages all to give it a go and never give up![/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Morgan” tab_id=”1605066426231-46ff4ad0-0f96″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6346″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

She has competed in competitions but mostly loves performing on stage and has done so at many events including the Fringe festival and sexpo. Over the last 4 years Morgan has become a mum and danced and taught classes on and off during this time. She is now back into business after the birth of her second son and upon her return into fitness she has been working on her 50hr aerial movement teacher training certificate. Kristian
Instructor
Founder of the Adelaide Contortion Collective, Kristian has been practising contortion for almost twenty years and teaching for the last eight. Totally debunking the rumour that you have to be born flexible to practise contortion, Kristian could barely touch his knees when he started, never mind trying to do a full backbend. This has since been rectified. Having trained with some of the top coaches around the world, he combines a focus on safe stretching and correct muscle engagement to ensure steady and measurable progress. A big supporter of creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere and encouraging regular progress pictures his classes are designed to be equally appropriate for both complete newcomers as well as those who can sit on their own heads.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Taygan” tab_id=”1621389730244-934f5bae-e80c”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6367″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
Taygan
Instructor
“I discovered yoga through my love of dancing. I liked combining the beautiful flow of dance while stretching at the same time! I had been practicing Ashtanga for about a year before I realised I could easily see myself practicing forever, and I decided to pursue yoga as a career. I started my yoga teaching journey with a 300-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Ajna Yoga Centre in Canada in 2012. Since then, my love of learning has seen me enrolled in trainings of Yin, Pranayama, Yoga for Pregnancy, Reiki, Mindfulness and just last year I completed my 50-hour Kids Teacher Training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. I am currently employed to work with people with disabilities and disadvantaged youth because I believe with good instruction, anyone may be surprised and delighted by what their body is capable of. I like to mix all styles and traditions to suit the needs of the individual class, but mostly yoga should be fun and help you feel good. I practice yoga for the love of movement, and I hope I can ignite or nurture this love in anyone who joins my classes.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Alice” tab_id=”1626763297492-ded8a26f-99d6″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6389″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
Alice
Instructor
Hi I’m Alice, Some of you may have seen me around. Pole4Fitness is where I started my aerial journey from introducing me to pole in late 2015 to lyra in 2018 my passion only grew. I am humbled to say I was at the opening celebration of Gawler studio and attended the first class at the CBD studio. Pole4Fitness feels like more than a place for fitness its a community. Pole dancing helped me is so many ways improve my confidence, build my strength and it connected me with many supportive people. From the love of pole and being upside-down it got me infatuated with all other aerial apparatus’s and acrobatics. I had almost a year off in 2018 but have trained hard since with many different trainers including Dominic Nushke, Wendy Dys and Aruna. I had the opportunity of performing silks at The Adelaide Fringe 2021 with Artbabes and recently attended two events with Spin Circus in Victoria learning from some of Australia’s most talented acrobats and performers. I am eager to show you why I fell in love with being upside down and off the ground and bring the fun into your fitness journey.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][/vc_tta_tabs][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
